Taking heads/cylinders off is not a real option, but I can easily take off rear wheel and forks. Maybe laying engine on a side and then placing frame over carefully will be a better option afterall? I don't have jack, and it just sounds like a quick-er deal. Especially with a helper.

Yes if you can remove what you have assembled that would be your best bet since you have the engine assembled.
