Hi,
I want to use a GPZ750 engine in a Z650 chassis in the pre 1979 racing class.
The inside is no problem and CC limit is 1200 but the looks of the motor must look as pre -79.
So are there any visual differences on the Case/Cylinder/Head? Accept for the square cooling fins of course but those are easy to grind round.
the rest of the covers can be replaced or modified to look like the 650 i think.
Maybe it can be a problem to change the clutch cover so the wire goes to the left side of the engine?
