Rattling front GPz 750 sproket

Took an 84 gpz 750  apart only to find this type of front sprocket held in by a clip,never seen this type used ,only on a Honda... pardon my language ,Maybe someone can shed some light on this  , ltd bottom end ????

That looks to be the wrong output shaft, it should have a thread/nut on it.

The 750EE engine was used in all of the chain drive models. I have done a short search on Partzilla, and see no setup like that at all.

Ninja 250 and 600......another 2 models for 6 speed transmission swaps into the KZ650 and 750?
I don't have a plan and I'm sticken' to it! '77 KZ 650 / 750 GPz custom project in progress

According to Partzilla, the bearings in the 600Ninja transmission have the same part numbers as the KZ650/750 bearings. Beyond that, I have no idea.
