Cam guide pin seized

1975, kz400, trying to replace the camchain guide. I cannot get this slide out. The retaining pin is out, I've tried clamps punches, heat, and a lot of lube. Last option is cutting. Any suggestions?

Remove the chain guide pin to the ignition cover side not the dynamo side.

 

Thanks, that's what I'm trying. It's not moving at all, left or right. The dowel pin is out.
