KZ750 H2 1981 setting timing on Dyna s-2 pick up coils

Hi,
I have recently installed a new set of Dyna ignition coils and a pick up coil plate on my Kz750. The previous pick up were dead...
I installed everything following Dyna instructions but I have a problem regarding the timing.On my timing advancer, I have on the 1-4 side, from left to right, a T mark, a F mark and then two close marks. On the other side though, I have only one T mark. It means that it is very difficult to set up precisely the 2-3 pick up.
So far, my method has been to reproduce the same spaces between the marks on the 1-4 side on the 2-3 side with a pen.
Does that make sense to you or is there another way of making sure of the timing ?
When I bought this bike, it wasn't running because of a faulty starter clutch. I replaced it completely (including a new sprocket) and it now works. I also cleaned the carbs, checked the float height and set the pilot screws but haven't synced them yet as I figured it would be pointless without a proper timing. The compression is about 150 psi on each cylinder. And I also adjusted valve clearance (thanks to Nessism). One last thing, I replaced the old and cracked exhausts with a brand new 4 in 1 Vince and Haynes I found for cheap on a second hand website.
Here is a video of the engine running, would appreciate your comments if you hear anything !
Do you think that the occasional stumble of the engine could be down to the synchronization or the timing ? Also there is a ticking (valves?) and the primary chain noise (this is my first time hearing a kz750 running and I have read on the forum that this is normal).

I have an 81kz750 H LTD and I recently put a dyna system on mine as well. Here is the instructions that dyna gave me for static timing the pickup coil replacement.
Thank you for the call regarding your Dynatek DS2-2 ignition.
Below, please find a simplified static timing procedure. If followed in order, it is very easy, fast and accurate:
1-Pull 1/4 spark plugs, place back into wires and set on cylinder head to ground.
2-Be sure Dyna-S is fully wired properly.
3-Rotate the crankshaft so the advance mark on the advancer assembly is aligned with the case pointer.
4-Loosen the Dyna-S plate and turn fully clockwise until it hits the 3 hold down screws.
5-Turn the ignition on and to the run position.
6-Grab the Dyna-S rotor and turn fully clockwise until it stops and hold there.
7-Slowly turn the Dyna-S plate counterclockwise (while pushing in to maintain its ground in the engine cases) and when the 1/4 coil fires the spark plugs, lock the plate down and this would complete the timing process.

Thank you both for your replies ! My instructions didn't include such a simple procedure...
now that I tweaked the adjustment on the 2-3 pick up coil, I guess I will have to stick to making my own marks...
Is the 2-3 pickup coil originally set fully on one side (ccwise or cwise) Elfarm98648 ? If I can put it back how it was I could follow your procedure

I just set the 1/4 advance side. I trusted dyna to set the marks 180° apart and it has not failed me yet. I did not make marks on the other side because I didn’t see it as necessary.
