TOPIC:

Have finally got round to stripping an old spare Z500 engine i have had for nr 40 years. Bought with a bike as spares but never used.

will have to complete the main Z500 strip and rebuild thread but have had other things this last year.

Anyhoo. when stripped there is an "ODD" con rod

It has different bolts? here is a good pic showing "normal bolts on rest of rod and this on "odd"  TOP one is the odd rod out.

any ideas why it is different???
