Sparkplug condition after KZ440 Speed Moto Co VM30 upgrade and 45miles

Here's the condition of the spark plugs after approx 45 miles on my KZ440 with the Speed Moto Co VM30 upgrade.  First photo is right side, second is left side.  They look damn good to me, but I'm no expert.  It looks like the right side is a a tad dirtier because is has been such a bitch to change settings on it.  I did install a collar as someone suggested, I painted one side red with nail polish and left the other side blank with it's allen nut plainly apparent so it's easy to measure half and quarter turns now.  And now the photos:
