Looks to be running ok, plug heat range is good with the colour change on the bend of the earth strap.
The base ring (which is fuel ratio) on number 1 looks shiny and may be a little oily unless it's the pic, the rest with a full turn of light soot are ok.
Unless you did a high speed plug chop that only indicates the running conditions at idle.

Thank you,

yes I stopped the engine normal when parking.

Will do a high speed plug chop test later these summer, do I need to clean the plug or replace them before the test?

after installing your air jet the chooke come more into play also :)

No!
No need to clean or replace them .
Whatever speed and rpms you kill the motor at, the plugs will show the mixture and running conditions at that rev range.

Beyond what Zed says. I’ve bought new plugs, started the bike and warmed up with old plugs, shut down and installed new plugs. Then out for the plug chop runs. Plugs are easy to change on the road side. You can read your chops and install the old plugs for the run home. It preserves the chop image.

They look good to me.  And I agree with Zed. Just put them back in and run it.
