550 auto cam chain tensioner cap was created by Hawghunter
The cap is stuck and I dont want to overdo the pressure to remove it. Been putting blaster on it and letting it sit all night.  No luck. 
any suggestions.

For heat, use an electric heat gun, or if you are desperate and she is not at home, a hair dryer.

Do not use anything with a flame that close to carburetors full of gasoline.

You'll get it off.

Just beware when putting it back on.

Those things really don't like being overtightened - they shear along the threads. If that happens you'll need a replacement CCT body.

Thank you

no prayers needed. In anger or otherwise.  Used heat, by riding. Then tapping. Put end of wrench against it and tapped with rubber mallet. A socket by hand removed it.  I was surprised that there is no washer.
i reinstalled with very little tightening.

There is supposed to be a soft aluminum washer between the cap and the tensioner body.

Number 7 in the diagram. Looks like it is still available, though a bit pricy. I’d be tempted to check the nearest hardware store.
