KZ750K1 Clutch lever and rod assembly was created by kahboohigh
Hello all,
I have a 1983 KZ750-K1 and I can't for whatever reason figure out what is meant by the position of the roller (92122) in the clutch assembly. If I put the roller in the order indicated by the diagram it just ends up either falling into the case somewhere or sliding into the final gear shaft. Is this supposed to go on the end opposite of where it's placed relative to the rod (46102)? It doesn't seem like there would be room for the rod to move if that were the case. Without the roller I am able to operate the clutch and move the final drive manually.
I tried searching online for answers but the clutch on the k1 seems to be different compared to the other 750s. I also have the manual specific to this bike in physical and pdf form and there is barely any information on the type of clutch that is on the k1. All there really is is a clearer version of this diagram without any explanation as to how the roller is supposed to operate.
Thanks for your time

The KZ750K1 clutch has a pull accutated clutch mechanism. The mechanism is the opposit to the other KZ push rod accutated clutches.
The roller OD/length 10 x12 mm is an end stop for the #46102 rod. Some pics of your clutch would help to id your problem.
