anyone know if 13mm (kz650/750) valve shims come in sizes thicker than 3.45mm?

No, 13mm shims max. 3,20 mm. You only can get 7.48 mm and 9.48 mm shims up to 3.50 mm thickness...

According to the factory 750 manual shims come in sizes between 3.20 - 2.00mm
