I wasn’t sure, I had looked at Parts fishe and it didn’t appear to be one. Sure would have been a cure all. Within the process posted by Scirocco it mentioned cleaning the crank snout. I’d aslo check it for ridges that might restrict the flywheel/rotor from seating fully on the snout tapper.

That is precisely what I used and let it sit for 24 hours before trying it after torqueing it again. Seems fine now. fingers crossed.
