I know that Z1Enterprises sells at least one set that doesn't have an 18.
If the clearances should be between 0.08mm & 0.18mm, the equivalent SAE are 0.003 inch to 0.007 inch. pretty simple really.
I don't know what sizes are needed for a 550.

Yeah but the shims are sized in millimeters.
My metric set goes from .03 - 1.0mm.
