Questions.. Is it salvageable or it is junk?
Other parts bike I got has those chrome runners but no mufflers. Little rust. Any use for those?
What is the best course of action now? Make it work good and make it look good. Pointers?

Take the 4 into 1 off and take it to bare metal and see what you have. Any pin holes or thin locations? If not paint it with high temp header paint or get it coated. As to the stock set there are mufflers that could be added to it.
Will do. For the stock set, which mufflers can be used? Where to find? I checked all sites - NA everywhere

Nice, I see. Then I won't throw away those 2->1 headers for nowNessism wrote: Amazon has universal motorcycle mufflers. Some sort of adapter will have to be welded to the stock pipes in order to mount the mufflers.

What do you mean by that?

I'd focus on trying to clean up the header and get it repainted, assuming it's not all bashed up on the bottom. Messing around with trying to get mufflers installed where the old ones were cut off would be last resort to me.
