As an after thought, you may just want to keep the old exhaust if you ever do switch to a different system. Many have regretted selling their OEM exhaust systems when it came time to selling the bike. Lots of Z and KZ owners wish they had their OEM systems back after playing with headers and loud(er) exhaust systems.

Rick H, your so right. I think about all the items I threw out after swapping in aftermarket parts. Not only on my bikes but my cars as well.

+1 on hoarding.

Oh I know that feeling well haha. About to sell my car and I no longer have the OEM exhaust, and it’s much harder to sell my car with an after market exhaust to the crowd that will most likely be looking at it. So now I have to spend almost $800 just to get it back to stock.
