Concerning noise from clutch was created by UnseenKZ
Hey!
So I have a strange noise coming from what I think is the clutch. It sounds like a dry Ducati clutch and gets louder when I pull in the clutch lever. But goes way when I shift into 1st. Bike also doesn’t shift past 2nd and the shift lever doesn’t spring back. Here’s a video of the sound

If the shift lever is not returning, it is likely that the return spring is broken.
Kawasaki's positive neutral finder prevents the selection of any gears besides first and neutral until the motorcycle is moving down the road.
If you have a small four or a twin, you have a primary drive chain that can rattle quite a bit if the carburetors are not properly synchronized.
There could also be something loose in the clutch.
