Put a stick through the rear wheel and torque away.
It works just fine on my ZRX which requires more torque than the 440 pulley.

See I tried that to get the pulley bolt out and was successful, tried it for the install with no luck. I'll try it again tomorrow and report back but would love if anyone has any additional helpful suggestions.
