Checked my valve clearance today. Couldn’t get .04mm feeler gauge in any of them. How bad is it to ride it like this?

You should be safe in the 0,10 mm range. A little more but not less than 0,05 mm

Very bad. The valves will burn since they won't close properly when hot.
