I would purchase the OEM two piece gasket and related O ring for around the cam chain hole. If your engine is still stock the pistons would be 70 mm dia.

In the UK you might want to contact Z Power.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

If it's stock bore it will be 70mm and the one piece gasket you want is made by Cometic , Wiseco or Victor Reinz.
You should join the Z1 owners club GB forum for more relevant info regarding suppliers etc in the UK.
Ray at Debbens , Nick at Suzuki Performance Spares or Grumpy 1260 are all shops in the UK that can supply what you need.

I use a one piece Cometic head gasket on my 1015 Z1. Got tired of the O ring leaking in a short time.
