That's very generous, but the problem is, to get a decent scan using automation you have to essentially destroy the manual, disassembling it, otherwise there's too much curvature in the pages affecting exposure and images, especially diagrams.

I figured out why the engine was over-heating in the first place:
There was a couple handfuls of large rust flakes clogging up the fuel cock filters. So stupid. Fuel flow was reduced to a slow trickle. Of course it leaned out and overheated.
I found this while re-painting the tank to a mid-70s scheme, to kill time while waiting for the new coil.
Again, further updates as events warrant.

Success.
It took a couple dozen kicks, but the new coil worked, and engine ran like a charm.
There's still a heck of a lot of white smoke, and after 10 minutes the same cylinder overheated again, but the thing ran.
One success at a time I guess.
