I'm pretty sure it's an 81 kz750 per engine number I'm trying to figure out about mixing parts how to identify which head it has if the carbs are infact 29mm smooth bores etc

The tubing is the plumbing for the nitrous, also can anyone identify these pistons? And I'm still new to foru.s in general should I just start a topic about my project?

Look up inside them from the bottom, there is usually a tell tale mark or symbol that'll give you the answer, I would say they are higher compression than stock. Take a look at the ends of the cams and see if they're aftermarkets, again, usually some kind of marks.

I can see why its called the kilacycle........ 750 motor on a 4 wheeler with high comp MTC pistons and nitrous is crazy ..... but in a good way.;)

I can still remember buying the Hot bike magazine with the article on the nitrous kit they put on a 900 Kaw in the early 80s..... dreamed and planned on doing it but was mainly scared of damaging the motor (and myself) and also was always low on funds too.
