Smoke out the breather? was created by VTEC
I opened a new thread after discussing my problem at "
J engine ring end gap
".
Take a look at the blowby smoke I'm getting out the breather.
Can I get some input from others running pods as far as how much, if any, smoke comes out the breather on a good running KZ.

If not already done, would check for gasoline intrusion into the crankcase by sniff-test and examining physical condition of the oil.
The breather on the vent is imo worthless and can obstruct desirable air flow.
Here's a little humor about unneeded filters.
Good Fortune!

I know the breather filter does nothing aside from keeping shit from falling into the port. No gas in the oil, but may be getting darker fast due to the blowby. Again, any examples of smoke, or lack of, coming out the breather?

In your other thread several members here recommended putting more miles on the engine before jumping to conclusions. I'd say 500 miles, good firm miles, would be a good number before judging. And I wouldn't worry so much about the smoke, rather focus on leak down numbers and/or compression.
