My bike will shift into 1st but boggs down like it was in 4th gear, when i got it Rollin it wont go into any other gear but nutral. I jacked the back tire up took out the plugs and i can get it in all gears? Do i have a clutch problem? Im at a loss here, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Clutch adjustment would be my first suspect.
Did this happen suddenly.
Didithappen after doing some other maintenance or repair?

Any chance it's the Kawasaki neutral finder that confusing you? Have you ever ridden the bike? Is it new to you? Many Kaws have a device that prevents you shifting up past neutral unless your going fast enough to actually get into second gear.

It ran fine, the carb float was sticking so i cleaned them and tried to take it for a ride then it wouldn't shift into any gear except 1st and boggs down like its in 4th

I think i have a clutch problem,  I've been riding it just fine except a little carb problem.  Thanks bill
