Lift my valve cover today to check the valve clearance.
Intake/Exhaust valve clearance is 0,30 - 040 mm with max. valve shim thickness between 2,95 -3,15 mm. My machine shop renew the valve seat rings/valves(BMW) a decade ago but missed the shim adjustment range to go 0,10 -0,15 mm valve clearance.
I think i have to do a NEWAY job to get into the 2,80 valve shim range!!!
Damn wan´t to pull the head, SCHEISSE!!!
