Valve cover gasket sweat was created by gordone
When I installed a new valve gasket I had grease on one side of the gasket, so it shall be easier to remove it for valve clearness check.
Is these the reason for oil is sweating?
When the engine is hot and I have driven for a while I can see some small bobbles also.

thats probably the grease getting hot and coming out. It could cause the gasket to leak, usually you want gasket surfaces surgically clean. I use copper gasket spray for this. Its super tacky when you spray it so it helps align gaskets and after a heat cycle it makes the gasket pop off super easy. works great on head gaskets as well.

If not glued together or riped in parts your valve cover gasket is reusable multiple times.
