82 1100 Spectre ....need an oil pan gasket, and was just curious as to where'd be the best place to get one. Please advise. Thanks

Personally, I would stay far away from those green Athena gaskets. The genuine Kawasaki gaskets are almost always best.

1978 KZ650 b-2
700cc Wiseco kit 10 to 1.
1980 KZ750 cam, ape springs, stock clutch/ Barnett springs.
Vance and Hines Header w/ comp baffle and Ape pods, Dyna S and green coils, copper wires.
29MM smooth bores W/ 17.5 pilots, 0-6s and 117.5 main
16/42 gearing X ring chain and alum rear JT sprocket.

Try the part number on Ebay too....... got my nos gasket from Partzilla off there. Decided not to use the after market one I bought off Ebay as the nos was much better quality.

Thank you all for the great responses. Yeah, so after giving this much thought, logic says to use OEM especially with newer synthetic oils. That shit is so slimy it will find it's way through the tiniest of flaws in any thin/cheap gasket.
