KZ440 LTD leaking everywhere!

Hey guys, new forum member here.

Last year I bought a KZ440 LTD and have recently been riding it after finally replacing the battery. I've been noticing after long rides that there has been fuel leakage on the front of the engine. I was confused for a while but then I found that there was a significant amount of fuel leaking where the header meets the exhaust on the left side. Also, looking at my exhaust after riding, the left exhaust tip is covered in fuel while the right is perfectly dry.

I ran the engine and then unplugged the right spark plug to see if the engine acted differently ( incorrect firing of the piston or something), and the engine sputtered and died. So I figured the cylinder was firing fine. I figure there is a valve stuck or something that's letting fuel leak out, what do you guys think, and what approach should I take?
