I buy Rotella from Wal-Mart in the big jugs. It goes on sale sometimes for $28 bucks and I buy it.
Less than $3 a quart.

So you could live in a 3000 sq.tf. house with a 3 car garage for less than the commission the salesman gets in your neck of the woods...

I recently picked up some of this stuff. It has more ZDDP than Rotella and I know several guys that use it in their bikes and love it.

Yeah things are crazy in Brooklyn. Some of the highest real estate prices in the country.
So you can use diesel oil in an engine? I had no idea. I thought 4 stroke Moto oil only.
And what weights can I use? On both my KZ750 and my Yamaha XS650, manual says use 20W50

Another excellent oil for bikes is Mobil 1 15W-50. www.walmart.com/ip/Mobil-1-15W-50-Advanc...713647&wl13=&veh=sem
Lots of bike guys use this stuff and it's excellent. Far more ZDDP than your typical auto oil and it won't hurt your clutch.

I might switch back too Mobil 4T 10/40 this fall from Valvoline 10/40 bike oil...... The Valvoline is at Farm and Fleet for 4.99 a quart JW unless they raise it due to the storm in Texas.
Well it is now $2 more here in NYC - $7 for a quart.

It's not MA certified. But tons of guys use it in bikes with wet clutches. There is a guy on The GS Resources with 75k miles on his bike using that oil and he says it runs like new. Besides, 20W-50 oils are not the ones that wreck clutches, it's the super thin "energy conserving" oils that do.
