1978 KZ650 b-2
700cc Wiseco kit 10 to 1.
1980 KZ750 cam, ape springs, stock clutch/ Barnett springs.
Vance and Hines Header w/ comp baffle and Ape pods, Dyna S and green coils, copper wires.
29MM smooth bores W/ 17.5 pilots, 0-6s and 117.5 main
16/42 gearing X ring chain and alum rear JT sprocket.

If I were you I'd pull the valve cover and check/adjust the valve clearances. When done install a new OEM Kawasaki valve cover gasket and check the cam chain tensioner for proper sealing.

Yep, it is the bowl gaskets. I cleaned the carbs up pretty good and I can see its from the bowls.baldy110 wrote: It's not oil it's gas leaking. Bowl gaskets or the transfer tube leaking.
Next question... can these gasket be changed with the carbs still on the bike or will I need to remove them?
