Could opening up the valves on the intake allow for more oil to seep down into the cylinder? I didn't have this oil issue before and now there is definitely white smoke, not a ton, coming from the exaust.
White smoke can also mean its running lean ya? So maybe opening up the valves allowing more air in is running it lean?
If the Morgan is approx $100 and the motion pro is $108 then I'll look into the Morgan.

A lean mixture will not smoke.
Have the valve seals been recently replaced with Viton seals? If not, that would be my #1 suspect.
Were you very careful installing the cam cover gasket, especially around the Clean Air system ports between the reed cages and the exhaust ports?

I'll second the valve seals. The only clean air crap on a 75 900 is an oil breather and it's hooked up to the air filter box if stock.
The Morgan Carb Tune would be worth getting even if it way more expensive than the motion Pro. :silly:
