83 kz1100 exhaust

I had a leak on my crossover on the exhaust. I ordered 3 new gaskets, figured I'd do the three I see under there. This is what I found (the major source of my leak as the gasket in there wasn't all that bad). I'm thinking it can be welded there so not to leak. But given the age and the general crappyness of the whole system, maybe splurg (not to much) and replace the whole setuo. .My question, to those in the know, what would be a the lowest cost complete exhaust replacement and does exhaust changes always require jetting changes. I do not want it any louder, the leak was bothering me the noise it made. Any input would be appreciated. And I'm not sure if I am confident enuf to get involved with jetting changes.

I like looks of that.

The plan for now is to have my son weld er up tommorow, order some crushers up for against the motor and put it all back.together. Then save and plan for replacement exhaust sometime in the future.
