Z-1 Cams

I want to know what the best timing is for Z-1 cams in a a 900? Is there ideal degreeing for this set up?
The bike has 32,000 miles, so I'm going to freshen it up and install a new cam chain. Carbs will remain stock, except tuning. 4-1 exhaust.
Street riding and occasional track days for road racing.

I did some searches first, but if I missed a thread then please point me to the link. What works for drag racing won't help me much.

I'm searching to find out if 105 LC for the intake and exhaust cams is a good target for the stock Z-1 cams or if there is another recommendation?

110 LC

Cool, I had seen 110 LC in a couple other places.
I had also seen 105, maybe that was for a different application?
