Another head shot. Can anyone tell from looking at the valves if I was running too lean or too rich?
A better question is, how many rpm were you turning when the valve let go? That motor did a lot of revolutions with the valve bouncing around in the combustion chamber :woohoo:
On automotive engines I have seen them bounce pieces back up into the intake and then into other cylinders, one valve taking out three or four cylinders

I also noticed a sloppy primary drive chain which I'm suspecting was causing my rattling noise that would change when idle and pulling the clutch. I didn't know of course if the noise was normal or too loud because others have posted that these engines are a little noisey. Maybe just not as noisey as mine was.
As far as the coils. Can anyone suggest a good replacement?
