1982 Kz750e revs high in neutral or with clutch in

Carbs were jetted from 120 to 130. Works great accept when in neutral or clutch is pulled in revs up to about 4000 any help would be great

Racing idle may result from air leaks through worn out carb holders.

Or might be due to an issue with the throttle cable or its adjustment.
