KZ1100A2 Oil Cunsumption

That's an interesting piece of information. I wonder if that was the case when babying them at lower rpms or typically winding 6k to red line?.

There was a recall about excessive oil consumption. I read they had steel valve guides and they were changed. That was verified by my neighbor who had a dealership back then.
