Popping through carbs

When i ride my bike and either coast or let completely off the gas, the carbs will pop. Mainly cylinder one. What causes this? It does it every once in a while. I feel like its valve related but im not sure

Have you adjusted them?

A lean air-fuel mixture will also cause popping on deceleration.

Yeah but thats normally through the exhaust not through the air filters on the carbs

Leaking carb intakes will cause spitting out of the carbs. Intake valves too tight will cause that also.

Probably the intake boots because the valves havent been adjusted in a few years. The bike was bought by my uncle in 06 and he rode it for about three years. Didnt ride to much. Took it apart to restore and lost interest in it. The engine wasnt touched other then the exhaust and carbs. So i recieved it from him put it together and here we are today i have about $200 into it. He gave it to me for free. He had painted it and put a seat cover on it and thats it

I'd check the valves.
