Aha! I just had a word with my local 'Yoda' and he reckons that it could be down to the oil.I was recommended to run the new pistons in with cheap mineral oil for 500km+- before switching to a good semisynthetic.
Just have another 420km to do (with a sticky neutral) then Ill know!

Aha again! Just had a talk with another local and he reckons that sometimes a clutch basket will get notched, over time,where the teeth on the plates slam into the grooves. This notching can make getting into neutral a bit of a pig!
So,that gives me a lot to think about.
1, Incorrect spacing of the slave cylinder
2,Warped plates/knackered springs
3,Bad oil
4,Notched basket.
