What do you do just slide them into pistons and nothing holds them in right?
the Teflon butons pop into the wrist pin ID as a push fit. Another advantage is they can be re-used.
I used them recently, the 0.8mm wire size for my Yoshimura pistons were unobtainable.

Stiff Upper Lip Bud
Those are the best pistons made, ( MTC )
I have them in a high boost turbo motor , buttons and all.
Mine are flogged with more power and heat than you will ever see in your motor.
Make sure you get the rings on right and you will be good to go !!

Totally agree I used other make of pistons, although I have no complaints about them the MTC are just that little bit better(after 100K klms)
First Permanent ride the Z1R since Dec1977 (220,000km) as of June 2015
Second permanent bike 1989 FJ1200 dyno'd 140RWH, great bike.
Third ride is now the Frankenstein 1981 GPZ1100B1, 1983 fully recon motor fitted LOVE THIS BIKE
Forth my work bike FJ1200 1989 (same type as FJ above)
