The muffler on my recently acquired 1980 KZ250 D1 is rusted and in need of replacement. I'm looking at a couple options from Dime City Cycles right now, but does anyone have any previous experience with a good replacement for the OEM muffler? Not looking to make it sound louder or "improve performance" really, just want a good (economical) swap for the original part to get the bike on the road. Will replacing the stock muffler with an aftermarket part require rejetting at all?
