Great news. Leak down test was great across all cylinders. Less than 5%. I'm really glad that's the case since I spent a lot of time and was really careful with installing the piston kit. I took the photo at 10psi, but that's consistent with higher psi readings. Got it up to 75 psi before the O-ring at the spark plug hole started to leak. Leaks own was almost undetectable, so certainly less than 5%.
I double checked the float bowl levels and noticed the 2nd carb was a bit high. The bowls were adjusted a while back, but I've been through the carbs multiple times since and I'm wondering if I inadvertently switched some of the floats. I'll give her some time to burn off whatever may be in there. If that doesn't work, I'll change the outcome again to see if it clears up.
