No. Could be a little oil around the base of the plug.

The body of the plug is not what you read, it's the porcelain colour. Take a pic of that closer, but it's not too far off right now. But as I always say, plug reading is for racers, who will do a plug chop at high rpm, for street use the plug will show whatever the majority of the rpm range you were riding in last. Far better to know rich or lean at what portion of the throttle opening you are at by feel, rich will be slightly rough to burbly feel, lean will be louder, and back off the throttle slightly and the engine picks up. Do you need a ton of choke to get the motor going from cold? if yes, then the idle mixture is too lean. And the final test is ride again when the weather either gets warmer or colder and see if the problem gets worse or better. Colder air is denser, so if you think it's rich in the throttle range you have a the problem, then it will improve when colder, so this will prove your diagnosis.
In other words, screw plug reading for street use, it's for racers who hold the throttle wide open, and who often don't care what part throttle mixtures are.

Very helpful, thank you!

I'm thinking of just bringing the bike in for a dyno tune. It's running very well, but I just did a bunch of mods and it would be nice to know I've got it as dialed in as can be.
