Mac sells various exhaust systems for the 750-Twin, but I don't know how good the quality is, such as the fit at the cylinder head ports or how the finish holds up against heat.

I purchased a Mac 2 into 1. Had to call them up and ask if it was still available because it didn't show on their website. When I tried to fit it to the heads I found that it wouldn't seal up. I ended up using a large oak dowel shoved into the headpipe to tweak the pipe and bend it enough to make the seal. In the end I learned a good technique about fitting headers. I like the pipe and think it looks good. Don't remember the jetting I settled on but it too wasn't difficult to sort out. I'm running a stock intake.
Regards
Bill

I purchased a Mac 2 into 1. Had to call them up and ask if it was still available because it didn't show on their website. When I tried to fit it to the heads I found that it wouldn't seal up.

I had to use double gaskets on one side.

That bike is BEAUTIFUL. It is exactly how mine looked back in 1979 when I bought it except you doubled up on the front disc brakes.

JETTING: I am running th same mac 2-1 with stock airbox and the best jetting was stock main (125) and one up on the pilot (up to 50). The 50 pilot runs best with all the headers I have tried. IMHO, the MAC flows about the same as stock has about the same power but sounds better.
