75 KZ400 Camshaft chirp/chatter on deceleration

Hey all!

Finally got my bike off the bench this weekend and started it for the first time since I've owned it. (9 month rebuild).

The bike has a chirping related to rpms coming from the camshaft area. Only at deceleration under no load.

Chain tensioner was set to spec, though I'll recheck to be safe.

Any other ideas?

Bingo.
Should have been my first check, but I panicked I suppose. Noise is in the cable. Relube/replacement coming up.
