Still no oil pressure.No oil at pressure test hole.Blew air through the the pressure test hole and could hear air bubbles behind clutch cover so Oil passage way is clear.Oil pump looks new,can't even get feeler gauge between rotors.The three o rings are in place.Seems like pump is doing nothing.I also checked the pins in oil pump,all good.Anybody have some ideas?

Are you missing the O ring in between the case halves?

I didn't split the case.Is it possible for that o ring to come out without splitting the cases and how big is this O ring?

18mm I think. It turns out there is not a pressure relief valve in the pump. The O ring in the case must be missing or deteriorated. There is a bypass valve in the filter housing but that wouldn't cause no pressure unless it's jammed and the filter is loaded up.

Looked at your description and found you have a 750. It has a high pressure system. It has a valve but I don't know where it is. Maybe one of the others can identify where it is. :dry:
