Hi i have changed a lot on my z650 also the gear lever to a system with gear lever linkage
Do anyone know what linkage would fit a z650? or what size the gear shaft pedal mount has?

Looking good B)
Do you mean linkage rod or the splined arm.
Any Kawasaki and most Yamahas use the same spline and Yamaha R1/R6 use nice alloy ones (which I have used on a few Zeds) .
You will be lucky to find a link rod the exact size and again the Yamaha ones are quite long with plenty of scope to shorten and modify.
If you have modified the bike in the pic you won't have a problem modifying a linkage.
