Bike will only kick start,

So I basically worked on my bike all winter doing all the small stuff, added all led lights, electronic flasher unit, paint, (rattle can only),tore carbs apart, boiled them in lemon juice, set the float height per manual, RE checked the valves, all within spec, put in a more heavy duty relay for my coil mod, replaced clutch push rod seal and shifter shaft seal, finally brand new battery! All this and still I can only kick start the motor to start it! It can be 32 degrees out and one kick on choke she fires right up!
But every time I use electric starter it won't start! Spins over just fine, every so often it will start with E start and full choke ONLY after a long ride. The only thing I still need to do is I have a small fuel leak on the shaft for the butterfly valve, by the c clip. What's that called? To be honest I would be perfectly content Kickstarting however I have read that it's for emergency only and could break if over used?

Check your battery, make sure it's putting out a full 12+ volts. What happens is if your battery is low or on the verge of dying all the energy goes to turn the starter over and there is not much left over for the coils which need at least 10 volts to work. When you use the kickstarter all the energy from the battery goes to the ignition system.

Sorry I forgot to mention I'm over 12 volts before cranking, and getting the same at coil, charging system is putting out correct voltage as well, this is the second new battery in one year but the first one froze so was shot, and they are both Walmart ever start so I don't expect alot for $30 . bike has always had this weird issue.

Ok just checked.
Voltage with key off at bat 12.72
At coil 12.65-12.67
With key on lights off 11.65
Whike cranking 10.15 at batt and coil.

Oh also last year I pulled apart the starter motor to clean and lube, I thought maybe it was drawing excessive power. No change.

Hows the spark when using e start?
