I don't know the answer but I do know that rejetting a bike isn't as simple as just bumping the main jets a few steps. Getting a Dynojet kit is highly recommended since they come with a variety of jets and new needles which have more taper, which is critical to getting a proper mixture response though the midrange.

Have you tried using the search function on this site? I'm pretty sure there are a couple of 810 builds and some threads about other 810-related stuff.

You really need to try it. The thing about a carb is the more air that's drawn through it the more fuel it puts in, so the jet size is a function of the breathing as well as the capacity. I'm sure someone has been down this route, but it needs to be the same setup in terms of carbs, airbox/filters and altitude etc. to be much help. I'm still thinking of doing an 810 on my KZ650B1, but I think if I do I'd just put it together with the carbs as they are and try it out, no doubt it would run, but then I could see where it might be weak with the bigger CC's and then adjust for my circumstances and setup. I can buy carb jets locally so it's easy to try it, then get what I think will work.
