To someone that has purchased one already? 4 into 1 - Kawi. Z1 - KZ1000.
Can you give me the exact O.D. / outer diameter of the down tubes.
I need to locate some SS tubing, I am modifying one in the near future.
Thanks in advance

It is kind of an odd size. I am willing to bet it is Metric tubing, but you could probable transition 1.375 tubing with an expander and TIG it in and nobody would notice the difference.

If it's measured on a bend the OD will be off, wondering what the OD is on a straight tube.

It was measured on the straight..... Each of the four primaries are about 4-6" long straights where they individually slide into the collector.

Delkevic SS zorst system is certainly the beez kneez!
I have fitted my Z1-R with one and the design/engineering/welding is a thing of beauty.
They even provided me with a spring puller to fit the springs which hold the headers
into the collector as well as a centre-stand stopper - yet to be fitted, but hopefully
will be fine judging by the rest of the kit.
