Kerker baffle doesn't fit was created by Coyote14
Anyone had trouble getting the 2"competition baffle to fit into their 4 into 1 kerker. I have the 127-61001 exhaust.

They do fit snug, be careful not to bend your megaphone, and aligning the screw hole is kind of a trick. A little sand paper does help a little.

It should fit nice and tight so it won't rattle.

Mine bottomed out hitting the offset in the Meg before I was close to lining up the screw holes. I bought the baffle straight from Suppertrap.Since my first post they have agreed to warranty it but say that this has never happened before.

2" Race Baffle is about 12" long
Only the stock 1 1/4" is long past the bend

The bend starts less than 12" from the end of the Meg. Therefor the 12 inch baffle hits it.

was not sure but both of mine do not come close to the bend...ill pull one out tonite and measure it

I picked up one similar for a 81 csr. It has the street baffle in it, long length. The baffle was already in, but you can see what you are describing. it's very very tight.
