1979 St 1000 shaft drive parts

I am converting a shaft drive motor to chain drive and have parts for sale. The shaft drive universal joint housing,shifter, clutch assembley(minus plates/frictions). All parts are mint $100 Steve 613-283-0159

Keeping the good times rolling since 1982. Helping people with parts ,technical support and service of the 70's 80's Kawasakis in Eastern Ontario. Building roadrace bikes for individuals involved in Vintage Road Racing in the eastern Ontario region.

Why do you downgrade your bike? To gain 2 HP? Will it increase value?

Changing to chain drive also removes significant unsprung weight and can reduce torque reaction in the frame when getting on and off the throttle.
